常設展示室

石垣記念館では、石垣栄太郎の絵画作品、栄太郎と妻の綾子に関係する様々な資料、そして綾子が残した多くの著作を常設展示しています。記念館創設者の綾子は、記念館が地域の文化活動の拠点になることを望んでいました。企画展や講演会に加えて、公募展や個展を企画して芸術家の活動支援を行なっています。詳細は太地町教育委員会にお問い合せ下さい。

Exhibition

Eitaro’s artworks, various artifacts related to Eitaro and his wife Ayako, and many books written by her, are on display at the Ishigaki Memorial Museum. Ayako, the founder of the museum, hoped that the museum would become the regional center of cultural activities. The museum holds special exhibitions and lectures, and support artists by creating art concours and private exhibitions. Please contact the Taiji Board of Education for further information.
